WDIV Local 4 Sheds Light On Developing K.I.D.S.

Local 4's Kim DeGiulio recently paid a visit to our new building to witness the exciting progress toward turning an empty space into a thriving community hub, our Village. She had the opportunity to chat with our Founder, President, and CEO, Kim Johnson, as they explored the building and discussed the vision for the space.

The building, previously abandoned and filled with materials from illegal dumping for nearly fifteen years, is strategically located near several bus lines, ensuring accessibility for children and adults.

Mrs. Kim Johnson emphasized the importance of offering holistic support to the community, stating, "We make sure that we are providing activities and opportunities to support the whole child. And this facility will allow us to do so."

The space’s transformation is set to start by the end of October, marking a significant step in our journey to create a supportive and enriching community space. Check out the news clip below:
