Grow Detroit's Young Talent Summer Jobs For Youth

Grow Detroit’s Young Talent (GDYT) is back for its 11th year, providing thousands of summer jobs for youth ages 14-24!

February 6, our very own Dre’Shawn, Developing K.I.D.S.’s Sports & Recreation Coordinator, took the stage as MC, sharing his journey from GDYT participant to a full-time employee with us! Dre had the opportunity to connect with Mayor Mike Duggan, DPSCD Superintendent Alycia Merriweather, Detroit City Council Member Fred Durhal, and many other change-makers in the city of Detroit. We’re so proud to see Dre grow into the professional and community leader he’s meant to be.
