Our Workforce Development program is implemented to ensure youth ages 14-24 develop the necessary skill sets to enter the Workforce. There is guaranteed job placement, adult mentorship, incentives, and exposure to the world of careers!

Summer Employment

The 2023 GDYT Youth application is open! If you are interested in summer employment with Developing K.I.D.S., we encourage you to apply through the GDYT Program at https://gdyt.org. For ages 14-24. The referral code for Developing K.I.D.S. is C1032.  You will need to enter this in the portal to be assigned to Developing K.I.D.S. Please apply as soon as possible, because these positions will not be available for an extended period of time. We would love to work with you in the summer of 2023.
